These Terms govern your use of the Lingo7 Realty app and website (lingo7realty.com, the "Service") - a service for Florida Real Estate license exam preparation, designed for people whose first language is not English. The Service is operated by the administrators of lingo7realty.com (the "Administration"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the content of the Service without the Administration's consent.
Full access to the Service is provided for a one-time payment covering the term you choose (for example, one week, one month, or three months), with no auto-renewal. You can renew your access at any time. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of payment.
All rights to the Service and its study materials (texts, terms, questions, explanations, translations, and audio) belong to the Administration or are used on lawful grounds. These materials are provided solely for your personal exam preparation.
The Service is provided "as is" and is a supplementary preparation tool. The Administration does not guarantee that you will pass the exam or obtain a license: your final result depends on you, and the official exam and licensing are administered by the authorized bodies (in particular, the Florida state regulator). The Service does not constitute legal advice. The Administration is not liable for service interruptions or the actions of third parties.
Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Administration may amend these Terms. The current version is available at lingo7realty.com/terms/. The applicable law is determined by the Administration's place of registration.
